HereSphere update v0.11.6 fixes playback smoothness issues caused by Quest update v71. As a reminder, you can set the refresh rate in the advanced video settings. When the refresh rate is a multiple of the video frame rate, playback can be completely smooth. The app needs to hit the correct framerate, though. In the advanced video settings, adjust the resolution setting by increments of 0.05 until the video playback is smooth. If you want high quality settings at 120hz refresh rate while maintaining playback smoothness for VR videos, you can try cranking up the resolution in order to make the app fps remain at 60.
